You get few issues with downtime etc but what company on the internet doesn’t )tracking says it’ll be here in a couple days thanks for being legit

My last order came right on time . They always answer every question and out of I think 5orders 1 came 2days late because because of usps. The . Also very reliable and when my order that came late Alpha games was extremely courtious and gave me a 20$ coupon cuz it was late not because of them. Hands down 5 stars every time. Great products however shipping has been EXTREMELY slow lately took me 8 days to receive my order however I blame USPS not Alpha games so therefore I still give a 5 star rating.

However shipping is my only complaint. It seems nobody works the weekends so if I place an order late Thursday night or early Friday morning it doesn’t ship until Monday. Never had a mix up and always get what I order. Customer service is great as well. In reality I probably just need to be more strategic when it comes to placing orders.
