very professional company. Excellent products and nice packaging My order took about 6 days but that is USPS fault for all the back up going around. Usually takes around 4. If your order is getting delayed no need to worry just be patient and it will arrive.

My son has worked hard to keep A honor roll amongst other things and this is the only item he has asked for for Christmas. I know it’s a big give but we only have one child so it’s not so bad. i’m really happy i found one here i was delivered i on time

However shipping is my only complaint. It seems nobody works the weekends so if I place an order late Thursday night or early Friday morning it doesn’t ship until Monday. Never had a mix up and always get what I order. Customer service is great as well. In reality I probably just need to be more strategic when it comes to placing orders.

My last order came right on time . They always answer every question and out of I think 5orders 1 came 2days late because because of usps. The . Also very reliable and when my order that came late Alpha games was extremely courtious and gave me a 20$ coupon cuz it was late not because of them. Hands down 5 stars every time. NEVER had a problem with Alpha games. Best site on the net. Sincerely R
