Everything came as ordered and on point as usual. And yeah it took 8 days to make it three states north. But USPS is entirely seperate

The shipping issue was out of their hands, USPS really dropped the ball and my package is still floating around out there somewhere.
My only gripe is that I don’t particularly like the way their customer service representative spoke to me, they were a little inappropriate/unprofessional in some regards. However, I have done customer service and I feel my initial response was frustrating for them and triggered him/her. It’s something I could easily over look though because despite showing their frustration with me they still did their job effectively and helped me to the fullest all the same.
